  • Kazue also has traveled many cities not only in Japan but also internationally. She has visited over 70 counties in the world for eating out, going to markets and cooking with chefs and friends to learn their cuisine and teach Japanese cuisine.
  • Kazue Ito started her career as a cooking assistant in cooking school at Chunichi culture center when she was 20 year old. During working as an assistant, she learned culinary techniques of Japanese, French, Chinese, Italian etc. After becoming a teacher at the school, she has given lessons with her own recipes of home style cooking. The lessons are for both professionals and non-professionals, including table coordinate, table manner. She is also advisor of food industries and meal companies.
